About CediHostel
Book a verified student hostel bed near campus before you arrive, without an agent taking your money.
What we do
A booking platform per campus. Every hostel verified with photographs of actual rooms, real bed availability by room type, distance and transport time to campus, and honest reporting of the things students actually ask about: water supply, power backup, security, curfew, internet and how many share a bathroom. Students book and pay a deposit online before travelling, with the balance held until check-in and inspection. Roommate matching for shared rooms. Owners get a live occupancy dashboard and reliable payment.
Who we built it for
Students and parents
Students at Legon, KNUST, UCC, UPSA and the private universities, and the parents paying for their rooms.
Hostel owners
Owners around each campus who want full blocks, a live occupancy dashboard and reliable payment.
The problem
Every academic year begins with a scramble.
Students arrive in a city they do not know, sleep on a friend's floor, and hire a runner to find a room, paying an agent fee and often an advance for a bed that turns out to be occupied, filthy or nonexistent.
Hostel owners meanwhile have empty beds in one block and queues at another with no way to match demand.

The one promise
The free tool on this site is genuinely free and genuinely useful. It does not withhold the answer behind an email form, it does not degrade after a trial, and it does not exist to harvest your data. If it helps you and you never pay us, that is a fine outcome.
